Administration and Costs

This Art Project has an 'Agreement' to ensure it runs smoothly, agreed by the fund administrators and the grandly named project manager - a local volunteer! This ensures the finance and adminstration is run professionally and is publicly accountable
Now that the project has started it looks as if the designs will be around £75 each with around £100 (plus materials) for the decoration although this will depend on intricacy of the design.
All financial control for this and for the publicity, events, and other associated activities are managed through the Whitchurch Association who are 'owners' of the Community Art Project.
Whitchurch Association are a local charity with elected Trustees.
Design ideas are presented to the Town Council who are the final deciding body on any proposed decoration.
Any sponsorship income goes into continuing the project beyond the end of the SEEDA funding.

For those who want small print the Agreement can be viewed HERE

There is also a supportive Project Document setting out the proposers original concept. HERE
